The weekly meal plans will include six dinner recipes. Each recipe will comfortably feed a family of 4 with enough leftovers for lunches. Our founder feeds a family of 5 with these exact menus.
The weekly menus are kept around $100 weekly. When developing the menu, we maximize the coupons and weekly sales that are available at Kroger brand stores. These include stores like Ralphs, Dillons, Smith's, King Soopers, Fry's, QFC, City Market, Owen's, Jay C, Pay Less, Baker's, Gerbes, Harris Teeter, Pick 'n Save, Metro Market, and Mariano's.
We're moms just like you who don't want to deal with the hassle of canceling a subscription if it just doesn't work for our families. Simply send us an email in response to your weekly menu or send it to [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you.
The menu is not currently customizable. Each week you will receive six dinner recipes that consist of a variety of produce and a meat - poultry, beef, or pork - as the protein. There are also substitution recommendations based on what the local sales are as well as additional recipes to use up leftover ingredients.
